  Position Summary:   The Inside Sales Specialist is responsible for initiating, developing, and closing sales opportunities with existing customers by building strong relationships and providing superior customer service. Sales activities include finding net new leads, recovery of lost accounts/opportunities, and cross-and up-selling of Fujifilm products with an emphasis on consumables including lithographic plates, pressroom chemistry and inks. in assigned accounts. Additionally, this position will work closely with members of the Sales team including Fujifilm Sales Managers (FSM), and Product Specialists to provide support to achieve sales targets.   This position will be required to communicate with customers in both English and French, and offers the flexibility of a either a hybrid or fully remote work arrangement.   Position Responsibilities: - Grow revenue and margin of assigned account base through increasing volume of existing product purchases and establishing new sales revenue. - Conduct outbound sales activities to engage potential customers, build rapport, and understand their needs and challenges. - Maintain an effective business relationship with assigned key customers and prospects, positioning Fujifilm as a valued business partner. - Effectively communicate the features, benefits, and value propositions of Fujifilm products to prospective customers. - Identify opportunities for sales of additional products or services and support the FSM in developing leads. - Work with FSM to monitor business activity and competitors within assigned accounts. - Proactively prospect and generate leads to expand the customer base. - Qualify leads by assessing their requirements, budget, timeline, and decision-making process to determine sales readiness. - Collaborate with FSM to strategize and execute sales plans, target key accounts, and achieve sales targets. - Utilize Salesforce to track customer interactions, update account information, and generate sales reports. - Provide exceptional customer service and support to existing clients, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring satisfaction. - Stay updated on industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to identify new opportunities and maintain a competitive edge. - Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails. - Maintain existing assigned customer account base by frequent and consistent outbound communication, updating key customer information and looking for opportunities to cross and up-sell.

Summary:    The Territory Manager position for British Columbia & Saskatchewan is responsible for meeting sales quota provided by the area Sales Manager. Prospecting, appointment setting, developing new business and helping to grow existing business in the fast paced and growing POCUS market. Day to day activities include engaging with various Hospital stakeholders, Physicians, Managers and Purchasing, highlighting the value of the solutions we offer. It may include cold calling, supporting training workshops and demonstrations. Working to stay abreast of all training and product knowledge as well as overall sales strategy. Develop and acquires leads to increase sales revenue goals, and customer relationships.   Essential Job Functions:  - Meet monthly, quarterly and annual sales quotas - Create primary market demand for Fujifilm SonoSite products by networking, cold calling, and persuading users, departments, and institutions on the value of Fujifilm Sonosites’ Point of Care Ultrasound solutions. - Maximize the number of units sold per week and month operating within a predetermined pricing and clinical market segment “box”. - Provide useful insights into how customers use our products and how they define value as what will make our products more valuable. Also provide guidance on what customers consider to be lacking value that the company does. - Guide the company on maximizing the delivery of value and eliminating all wasteful activities that do not hit on key customer value triggers. - Promote, demonstrate and Fujifilm Sonosites’ Point of Care Ultrasound solutions within the assigned territory.  - Manage relationships with key physicians and important influencing institutions within the territory. - Follow-up all sales leads provided for given territory. - Generate sales opportunities through cold-calling and other promotional activities. - Actively manage new and existing client relationships via Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tool - Maintain all sales records and comply with expense budgets as directed by management - Manage inventory and all other company property per company policies - Attendance at and sales support for national and/or regional trade shows in which Sonosite and/or distribution partners participate. - Miscellaneous projects as determined. - Responsible and accountable for carrying out the requirements of the company's quality system.  Knowledge/Experience:   - B.A. or B.S. in life sciences, business administration, related area or equivalent work experience. - 3-5 years professional outside sales experience, with proven track record of growing sales. - Medical Capital Sales Experience - Strong understanding of customer and market dynamics. - Experience in life sciences industry. - Experience in calling on multiple different Hospital Departments, preferable at least EMED, ICU, and/or Anesthesia.
